This little guy is Bernard (although most of his friends call him Bernie) and he's the youngest member of the Quimper's Corner collection.  Bernard is often in the company of his dog, Saint (see Saint in Animals) who is larger than he is. Bernard is a Toon Puppet with light green skin,no nose at all, and a mop of yellow faux fur hair. 
 
Bernie is about 16" tall and comes as shown wearing something similar to what is pictured, although the colors may vary.  And, he comes with two WristHugger arm rods ($10 value)!
 
DON'T FORGET - You can customize your puppet (for an additional fee):
Poseable fingers (+$30) - Bend fingers into a desired pose and they stay posed! 
Ventriloquist access (+$35) - Put your hand in from the back instead of the bottom!
Legs (+$55) - Removable legs with specialized pants! Shoes not included.
