Another unique design by David Pannabecker - super talented puppet designer - now licensed to and made by Puppetsinc.com. This little guy is light blue with yellow marabou hair, light green nose and eyelids. Of course, like every David Pannabecker Signature Series™ puppet,  he comes with the famous (and patented) mouth plate system that assures virtually any puppeteer of a secure but amazingly comfortable grip. If you've never used a Pannabecker puppet before, you will have never felt anything like it. All Puppetsinc.com rod puppets come with two arm rods and this one is no exception. Two Velcro™ rods are included. But if you prefer, you can upgrade him to be fitted for Pannabecker Arm Rods (for a small additional charge) which make use of a built-in bandless coupling for arm rods (see photos for comparison).
 
The Blue Cartoon Character is 16" tall and comes as shown in collar and bow-tie. Two Velcro arm rods are also included.
