Is he blue?  Well, yes, but he isn't depressed about it!  He's Elmer and the latter half of our most famous-est duo: Ralph and Elmer!  Made to exacting standards, this wide-headed, light blue fellow has a royal blue nose and auburn hair.  Elmer isn't as tall as Ralph, but makes up for that in width - measuring about 24 inches from ear to ear.  He'll come dressed for work in a plaid shirt and denim overalls (exact pattern and color will vary). Also included are two WristHugger arm rods (a $10 value)!
