It's Herb - Skip's brother! (See Skip this section.)  As personalities, Herb and his brother have been elementary age schoolboys since about 1975!  No, they aren't underachievers or deficient in any way.  They're just enjoying the blessings of eternal youth. Herb is a Toon Puppet with light blue skin, orange nose, and auburn faux fur hair. 
 
Herb is about 16" tall and comes as shown wearing something similar to what is pictured, although the colors may vary.  And, he comes with two WristHugger arm rods ($10 value)!

Poseable fingers (+$30) - Bend fingers into a desired pose and they stay posed! 
Ventriloquist access (+$35) - Put your hand in from the back instead of the bottom!
