Joker.  You heard right, but he's no relation to the famous villain from Batman stories.  In fact, he's much more closely associated with Jester another of our Pupplets with similar features.  Joker's skin is red, his round-ish nose purple, and he has a unique, royal blue er... um... hairstyle? Clothing will vary and is not removable.
 
Joker is 13" tall.  Two Velcro rods are included.
