Here's Mr. Quimper - soda shop operator and neighborhood dispenser of advice.  Mr. Quimper is the guy the local kids turn to when they have questions that need answers and he's been around since 1975, so he know a thing or two!  A Toon Puppet, Mr. Quimper has yellow skin, a large red nose, and receeding brown faux fur hair.  
 
Mr. Quimper is about 16" tall and comes as shown wearing something similar to what is pictured, although the colors may vary.  And, he comes with two WristHugger arm rods ($10 value)!
 
DON'T FORGET - You can customize your puppet (for an additional fee):
Poseable fingers (+$30) - Bend fingers into a desired pose and they stay posed! 
Ventriloquist access (+$35) - Put your hand in from the back instead of the bottom!
Legs (+$55) - Removable legs with specialized pants! Shoes not included.
