Nearly as green as we can make him, here's Norman - neighborhood friend of Ralph and Elmer!  Made to exacting standards, this cone-headed, light green guy has a dark green nose and auburn hair.  In terms of size, Norman sort of splits the difference between Ralph and Elmer.  Not as tall as Ralph and not as wide as Elmer, Norman still gives the sense of matching bulk.   He's about 22 inches tall with a very wide mouth.  How he'll come dressed is as much a mystery to us as to you, but you can be sure he will be wearing a shirt! Also included are two WristHugger arm rods (a $10 value)!
