Here's an friendly way to improve police/community relations - Officer Al!  He certainly isn't very intimidating but he can get a message through with hishoney skin, "natural" black marabou hair-do, and nifty, law enforcement approved moustache.  Officer Al is a part of our Nuzzles family of characters which means his head rotates independently from his body.  He'll arrive dressed in a light blue shirt and business-like, black tie and tiny badge of authority.
